Ahmed Ahmed
He has delivered transport planning, travel planning and active travel initiatives within complex urban environments, including one of the UK's largest regeneration areas. His expertise spans Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, sustainable mobility strategies, stakeholder engagement and behaviour change programmes.
Ahmed holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering, and an MBA. He is currently undertaking a part-time PhD at the UCL Transport Institute, focusing on the interaction between micromobility and pedestrians in high-footfall urban environments, using Wembley Park as a case study.
Alongside consultancy work, Ahmed has a strong interest in developing people and supporting career progression. He has delivered leadership and management programmes, mentored aspiring professionals and contributed to apprenticeship development within the transport sector.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (FCIHT), Ahmed remains passionate about creating sustainable transport systems, supporting professional development and helping organisations deliver places that are accessible, sustainable and people-focused.
