Led the commissioning and client-side management of the largest TRICS transport survey ever undertaken in the UK, supporting future planning and investment decisions across Wembley Park.

Stakeholder Engagement & Sustainable Travel Governance
Led stakeholder engagement and sustainable travel coordination across Wembley Park, working with residents, businesses, Brent Council, Transport for London (TfL) and transport operators.
Chaired the Wembley Park Travel Plan Steering Group, bringing together key partners including TfL, Brent Council, The FA, OVO Arena Wembley, Hilton, BOXPARK Wembley and other local businesses to review performance, share insights and coordinate transport initiatives.
PARK & RIDE STRATEGY & CONGESTION MANAGEMENT STUDY
Assessed the effectiveness of Park & Ride systems in reducing urban congestion and supporting sustainable travel within UK cities.
The study evaluated operational performance, user demand and implementation considerations, providing strategic recommendations to support future transport planning and investment decisions.
EGANYI–ABUJA RAILWAY FEASIBILITY STUDY
Delivered by our Nigerian project team, this feasibility study assessed a proposed 280km standard gauge railway linking Eganyi and Abuja. The project evaluated route options, infrastructure requirements and strategic opportunities to support future rail investment and regional connectivity.
Designed and delivered road safety and professional development programmes in partnership with international organisations, supporting knowledge transfer, capacity building and improved road safety practices across the UK and Nigeria.
KANO–MARADI RAILWAY GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
Delivered geotechnical investigations for the Kano–Maradi Railway project, undertaking site assessments, ground condition analysis and subsurface investigations to support the design and construction of a major cross-border rail corridor linking Nigeria and Niger.
